  • "EmpoOower" refers to the coaching, mentoring, consulting, and training services provider.

  • "Client" refers to any individual or entity using our services.

  • "Services" refer to all coaching, mentoring, consulting, and training sessions offered by EmpoOower, as described on our website

2. Our Services

We offer coaching, mentoring, consulting, and training services designed to help you improve various skills, including but not limited to:

  • Presentation skills

  • Negotiation skills

  • Body language

  • Assertiveness

  • Business development

Our services are provided as described on our website. EmpoOower reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Service Bookings and Payments

Booking: You can book our services through our website or by contacting us directly.
Payments: Payment for services is due prior to or upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and Refunds:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Clients who purchase multiple sessions may receive a pro-rata refund for unused sessions based on completed sessions.

  • No refunds will be issued for sessions already attended.

  • Failure to provide notice or a "no-show" may result in forfeiture of payment for that session.

  • EmpoOower reserves the right to withhold refunds for late cancellations.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.

  • Attend scheduled sessions or notify us in advance if you are unable to attend.

  • Use our services for lawful purposes only and refrain from engaging in illegal activities during coaching or training.

  • Maintain professional and respectful conduct during sessions.

EmpoOower reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., improved sales, promotions).

  • EmpoOower is not responsible for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from participation in our services.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on our coaching, mentoring, or training.

  • Some training activities involve personal reflection or role-playing; participation is voluntary. If you experience emotional discomfort, we encourage seeking professional support.

  • EmpoOower may recommend third-party resources, but we are not responsible for their content, advice, or outcomes.

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Force Majeure: EmpoOower is not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, or internet outages.

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold EmpoOower harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of our services, including legal fees incurred in defending such claims.

No Employment Relationship: Engaging with EmpoOower does not create an employer-employee, agency, or partnership relationship. Our services are provided as independent coaching, mentoring, and consulting.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate UK courts.

6. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations or mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided during our coaching, training, and consulting sessions—including materials, presentations, and resources—is the intellectual property of EmpoOower. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • EmpoOower complies with UK GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

  • Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination of Services

EmpoOower reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • A client violates these Terms & Conditions.

  • A client engages in disrespectful, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior.

  • Payment is not received as agreed.

  • Service continuation is deemed impractical by EmpoOower.

In cases of termination due to the client’s actions, refunds will not be provided.

10. Changes to Terms

EmpoOower reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting.  These are standard Terms & Conditions; however, if alternative Terms & Conditions have been explicitly agreed upon in writing between EmpoOower and a client, such alternative terms will take precedence over these standard Terms & Conditions.
